We might have already mentioned that we're really very proud of our bottling plant high up in the hills of the Yorkshire Wolds. Our machinery is efficient, fast and a pleasure to operate and the team run the entire process like clockwork.
In a nutshell, the process begins with depalletising the bottles onto the conveyor system straight to the labeller. From here the bottles move into the main production area where they are rinsed, filled and capped. And finally are loaded onto trays, shrinkwrapped and stacked onto a waiting pallet. Then it's away to the customer, YOUR customer!
